Outstanding Dietitian of the Year

Dr. Beth Young was named 2025 Outstanding Dietitian of the Year by the Indiana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Chair of USI's Food and Nutrition Program, she started teaching as an adjunct instructor in 2007 and has been a valued member of the full-time faculty for the past 13 years.
