Tile Style Testimonials Widget

The tile style testimonial widget pulls in a single quote with the selected tag -- perfect for sidebar content.

If more than one quote has the same tag, the content will refresh when the page is reloaded with other content with this tag. This way, a single user may see different content on their second visit to the page.

One of my favorite memories here is my very first day teaching. I was nervous. You never know if students are going to accept you. But that class had so much energy. They talked to each other. They talked to me. It set the tone.

Spotlight Style Testimonials Widget

The spotlight style testimonial widget displays all quotes with the selected tag. This style is configured to pull only one quote per featured individual.

I really felt supported when I decided I wanted to go into nuclear engineering. A professor recommended me to another professor I had never met, and he gave me one on one lectures for the rest of the semester... That opportunity meant a lot to me.

Dr. Susan Ely

I wanted to truly know my students, not just teach them. At USI, that became possible. My classes are small, my door is open and students stop by just to talk. That kind of relationship is what makes this place special.

Ally Patrick

Now, after five years at USI, I can say I found my place. I have friends who feel like family. My cohort understands the stress of 425 internship hours in 16 weeks while working on top of everything else. I’m not doing this alone.

Dr. Alex Champagne

What brings me to campus every day is the students. I work side by side with them in labs. I get to know them well enough to write real letters of recommendation. That kind of connection is rare at bigger schools.

Slider Style Testimonials Widget

The slider style testimonial widget displays up to three quotes with the selected tag. These quotes are displayed as an automatically rotating feature, with links to the full testimonial story.

If more than three quotes have the same tag, the content will refresh when the page is reloaded with other content with this tag. This way, a single user may see different content on their second visit to the page.

Getting involved in organizations like Society of Women Engineers and Engineers in Action helped me feel part of a community that values engagement. I have been able to work alongside students as they grow into confident professionals, travel across the world to build bridges (literally and figuratively) and return to campus as alumni who want to give back. Seeing that full circle is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

There was a time I moved back home and was failing classes. I was on academic probation. I changed majors and met with my advisor, Susan Todd, for two hours. That meeting changed everything. She showed me options I didn’t know existed and helped me find a path that made sense.
